• No real money is involved in any game on GameFest
• No purchase is necessary to play
• No prizes or cash rewards of any kind are offered
• Virtual currency has zero real-world value and cannot be redeemed for anything
• GameFest does not constitute gambling under any applicable law

4. User Conduct

You agree not to violate any law, gain unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, use automated bots, or transmit harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on GameFest is owned by or licensed to GameFest. Third-party game content remains the property of its respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GameFest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your use is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameFest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed $100.

8. Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
